Samanayrs

Samanayrs have been around for over 11 years, and have always been hand-drawn (well, with one or two exceptions). This means that I can't produce as many Samanayrs as I might like and I need to have a lot of equipment to create them XD

Starting today, Samanayrs will now be computer-drawn rather than hand-draw! There will be a set template for each species, although some special Sams will have unique lineart. I know this is a little different from what everyone is used to, but I think it's the way forward for Samanayrs. And the art quality is top notch!

Ooh, would we have a chance to have our Sams redrawn in the new style? I'd just hate for them not to live up to their full potentials... XP

Must must must has one of the new linearts! I could do SO much with those templates too, I'd love to guest color!

Oooh, and who says you can't do gorgeous artwork with just MS Paint and a mouse ^_^ Tablets are a total waste of money. People seriously understimate the incredible things one can accomplish! Layers and filters are for losers XD

Too bad I'm a day late to request a makeover for my guys...

I'm so glad that everyone enjoyed the new templates, but I have some bad news - I accidentally flattened and saved the templates in Photoshop ;____; Rather than re-create them, I'll be going back to hand-drawing all of the Samanayrs. Sorry to disappoint everyone!

In actual news, we're still unpacking and getting everything set up in the new place, but my drawing table is almost good to go! It just needs a good wash and then I'll be able to get drawing again First up will be Sam #666!

April Fools Day can be so much fun I pulled an April Fools joke on myself by sleeping in that morning, but luckily one of my housemates was nice enough to wake me up early enough to get ready and catch the bus XD

You almost got me there. I really was surprised, because very frankly, I like Sushi art, and I have never before ditched an artist on my stalk list. I almost did.
