Are we able to use more than one cookie on a breeding?

From the
Breeding information and rules thread,
There is a limit of one one-use item (eg Christmas Tree Cookie) per breeding. If the breeding is successful, the item will be used up - if not successful, you keep your item.
So, doesn't look like it.

OK! I had one more question.
Are we able to trade modiums plus tradeable items to the sharians to be able to get a higher point modium?

I think once you get a modiem, they won't take it back. Think I read that somewhere >> Not 100% sure tho!
