Pick up your pencils and mice, it's time to get drawing! Your task? To draw something awesome related to the given theme! Your time frame? 2 hours!

On February 18, 2:30pm PST the contest will start when I announce the theme that your drawing must follow. You'll have until 4:30pm the same day to complete and submit your work. The winners will be chosen based on quality, creativity, use of the theme, and originality

There will be two grand prize winners, who will each get one of these Sams
The two grand prize winners will have to decide between themselves who will get which Sam, and the stallion's owner will need to set up a Song for them. The owners can choose if the Song is a pair Song or if they will be open to other mares.

There will also be two runners-up, who will receive their choice of the following items:
In addition, all entrants will receive some Heart Chocolates! What do the Chocolates do? You'll find out when all of the events are over!

Rules and info!

- There is a limit of one entry per person.
- You're welcome to use any 2D media.
- If you need to scan or input your image into the computer once it's complete, you have until 4:35pm to submit your image.
- Your entry must be drawn in the 2-hour timeframe and must incorporate the contest theme.
- It must all be your own work!

I'll edit this post on the 18th when the contest opens with the theme - it'll be in big letters at the top of this post When you've finished your entry, please PM it to me with the subject Only 2 hours?! I'll try my best to have the winners announced later that day, but it all depends on Baby Sushi!

Scan it as is, then ink? In case you don't end up liking it colored you've still got the sketch

Drift: Scatteyr, what ayre those glowing oyrbs floating in the aiyr? I have neveyr seen anything like it befoyre, it's beautiful.

Scatter: They arye fiyreflies my Dayrling, something you wouldn't have seen in the fyrozen noyrth. But they pale in compayrison to youyr maginificence.

Drift: *flusters and kisses her beloved stallion on the cheek*

Here is mine, featuring my Gem of the Scattered Sky and Ori's Gyre of the Bleached Sands. Looks like Gyre bribed Moonlight into dropping flower petals on them while they walked. She doesn't seem to be enjoying it though! XD

Now I can eat dinner, and pack up my sketchbook and drawing supplies!

Saw the theme and just had to go with my lovebirds. One day I'll figure out how to actually pull that pose off properly...

Awww...Gyre's out on a love stroll too! How sweet! And yes...Moonlight is clearly bored with this whole not being allowed to catch the petals she's dropping. Also...her Sam isn't paying attention to her.

Art is... not my strong suit. But I had a cute idea in my head. This is my Burble of the Delectable Delight in an ice cream parlor and mooning over a mysterious stranger who doesn't know she exists.
